Tired of the boring Globo Gym routine? Maybe you don’t have a routine. Well CrossFit is not your typical “gym”. Who is CrossFit for? CrossFit is for everyone. The best way to see if it is truly for you is to come in for a FREE Introductory Class. To put it simply, we create an athletic environment that fosters great results simply through hard work under the watchful eye of a coach. You get personal attention every single class. A healthier, fitter life is inevitable. Every workout is specialized and scaled for you personally, making each class like personal training, at a fraction of the cost.

The Future of Palo Alto


At CrossFit Kids Palo Alto, our goal is to help your child build the foundation for a healthy lifestyle by bringing enjoyment to exercise. CrossFit Kids class provides a fun, supportive, group environment where your child will learn new skills and improve their general physical fitness to support them with whatever life has in store – whether that be the school basketball team, playing freeze tag in the backyard, or helping haul in groceries from the car.
CrossFit Kids Palo Alto isn’t your typical adult-oriented CrossFit class, it has its own level of intensity the kids love while still focusing on FUN. Kids will be exposed to (but not limited to):

  • Bodyweight movements like air squats, push-ups, sit-ups, climbing and hanging
  • Light dumbbells, Kettlebells and Medicine Balls
  • Lots of Games
  • Obstacles of all shapes and sizes
  • Variety of skills and workouts – every class will be a little different from the previous class
CrossFit Kids Palo Alto meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 4:45pm

Classes accommodate children ages 7 – 11 years old.

Cost: $399 per child.
Mid-session enrollment available.  Please contact us at Kids@crossfitpaloalto.com for information on pro-rated dues.

**CrossFit Kids Palo Alto coaches are CrossFit Level 1 Trainers, have trainer certificates for the CrossFit Specialty Course: Kids, and have completed background checks.**

Our Mission:  
Everyone should be able to live the life they want and not be hindered by chronic disease or immobility. Our legends class is designed for anyone 60 years old or older wanting to maintain the highest quality of life and reduce their dependence on others.

How we work to accomplish that mission:
Extra focus will be given to training balance, stability and flexibility
Limited Class Size to ensure attention for each member
Nutritional support is included in the program

Schedule: 
Classes meet 2x/week at 10:30am till 11:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Additional Details: 
Cost: $240 per month. No long term commitment required.
