More than a workout. More than a gym. Est. 2009

CrossFit - what is it?

Tired of the boring Globo Gym routine? Maybe you don’t have a routine. Well CrossFit is not your typical “gym”. Who is CrossFit for? CrossFit is for everyone. The best way to see if it is truly for you is to come in for a FREE Introductory Class. To put it simply, we create an athletic environment that fosters great results simply through hard work under the watchful eye of a coach. You get personal attention every single class. A healthier, fitter life is inevitable. Every workout is specialized and scaled for you personally, making each class like personal training, at a fraction of the cost.

“Started as a maverick gym in Santa Cruz, CrossFit has spread worldwide, becoming the principal strength & conditioning program for police academies and tactical op’s teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, & hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Why? Because CrossFit works…FAST.

CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. CrossFit’s specialty is not specializing. Daily life, like many sports and professions, (and even combat) requires broad levels of fitness. CrossFit’s program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind.” –

The Future of Palo Alto

At CrossFit Kids Palo Alto, our goal is to help your child build the foundation for a healthy lifestyle by bringing enjoyment to exercise. CrossFit Kids class provides a fun, supportive, group environment where your child will learn new skills and improve their general physical fitness to support them with whatever life has in store – whether that be the school basketball team, playing freeze tag in the backyard, or helping haul in groceries from the car.

Legends 60+

“The needs of the elderly and professional athletes vary by degree, not kind. Where one needs functional competency to maintain independence, the other needs functional mastery to maintain dominance. Improved hip capacity will help a pro ball player’s throw to first; it will also reduce the chances of grandpa falling in the tub.”
— Greg Glassman
